Due to our planned expansion in 2014 and beyond we are currently seeking a talented and committed recruitment consultant who shares our passion in providing the very best recruitment service possible in a supportive and highly rewarding environment.
The role will involve working from our highly established Preston office which provides a full and comprehensive recruitment service the whole of the Lancashire marketplace. We have an outstanding existing client and candidate base developed over the last 20 years in this region with over 88% of all positions we work on are on a repeat and exclusive basis.
Working in the Preston office, your role will focus on building long standing client and candidate partnerships whilst ensuring quality is always at the top of your agenda in everything you do. Our working environment is a focused, fast paced, fun and close knit and above all supportive team.
We are seeking individuals who have the desire and passion to be exceptionally high achievers through demonstrating excellent work ethics and first rate inter personal skills. You will ideally have prior recruitment experience gained in a 360 degree role. Consideration will be given to applicants with experience gained within professional sales.
