RK Group, part of AIM-listed Kellan PLC is a fast-paced, award-winning recruitment group with offices across the North of England. The business currently have an opportunity for an experienced and professional Administrator as a result of growth and increased market share.
Working at the heart of the company, you will provide a high level of administrative support to our Consultants and Managers. You remit will include; posting adverts onto various job boards / websites, arranging interviews, sourcing candidates and pre-screening telephone calls, formatting CVs, database cleansing projects and general ad hoc office administration support.

The successful candidate will have experience of providing varied administrative support, ideally within a fast paced recruitment or sales environment and will be a confident IT user.

We are seeking an outstanding communicator, who will be confident when liaising with clients, candidates and internal departments (from trainee to director level). It would certainly be advantageous for you to have experience of sourcing candidates via CV databases and social media.
You must be outgoing, confident and able to manage your own time and workload extremely effectively. You will work in a vibrant, high tempo recruitment business.

Pro-active with a professional approach, you will remain calm when under pressure and you will always be willing to go the extra mile to exceed expectations. Highly organised, you will be capable of planning and prioritising your workload and you will understand the importance of being a strong team player.
